1. Appointments & Consultations

Appointments at Samatva Clinic can be booked for in-person consultations at our Lower Parel clinic or online video consultations. Please arrive or join 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment slot.

2. Medical Guidance & Tele-consultations

All medical consultations are provided by certified psychiatric and therapeutic professionals. Tele-consultations are conducted in accordance with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please notify the clinic in advance or manage your booking via the Patient Portal.
