• Identification: If you choose to provide an ID or Aadhaar, only the last 4 digits are recorded.
• Parent/Guardian info: If the patient is under 18 years of age, we record parent or legal guardian details.

Your information is used strictly for medical and clinic management purposes:

• Providing clinical diagnosis, psychiatric evaluations, and therapeutic care.
• Sending appointment reminders, schedule changes, and tele-consultation links (Google Meet) via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
• Maintaining medical history across your visits.
• Complying with statutory medical record retention rules (minimum 3 years as required under National Medical Commission guidelines).

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Only the treating doctor and authorized clinic staff have access to your clinical records. All records are stored in encrypted cloud storage with strict access controls.

5. Your Rights

As a patient, you can log into the Patient Portal at any time to:

• Review your upcoming and past consultations.
• Download your prescriptions and diagnostic reports.
• Update your profile details and emergency contact.
